What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee covers access to all conference main stage sessions, breakout sessions, networking events, and meals as specified in the program.
Is there a group discount?
No, we are offering heavily discounted tickets with our hotel bundle this year.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can't attend?
Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person. Please contact our registration team at [email protected] to initiate the transfer.
Is pre-conference training available?
Yes! New this year we are offering training labs that are included in the registration pricing! These are first-come, first-serve, so make sure you add them to registration today.
What payment methods are accepted for registration?
We accept payments through major credit cards and online payment platforms. Details are provided during the registration process.
What is the conference's cancellation policy?
Registration cancellations received by December 31, 2025 will be refunded, with a $100 (USD) processing fee. We regret that no refunds will be made after December 31, 2025. To cancel your registration, please log in to your registration profile.
Can I become a sponsor at Medallia Experience ‘26?
Yes! Medallia has a world-class ecosystem of partners that are sponsoring Experience. Reach out to [email protected] to get more information.
Are there special requirements for government employees attending Experience?
All government employees or officials who register to attend the Event must identify themselves as government employees or officials on the Event registration page. If you are a government employee or official, or an employee of a state-owned entity, and you are offered free or discounted attendance at the Event, you hereby confirm that you have disclosed your attendance at the Event to your employing government agency in advance, that the employing agency designee has provided you with written pre-authorization to accept free or discounted attendance at this Event and there are no laws, regulations, or policies that prevent you from accepting such attendance benefits. You may be asked to provide evidence of such permission. If you are a government employee or official, or employee of a state-owned entity, you also hereby agree that you shall abide by all relevant rules and regulations imposed by your employing agency during this Event, including those rules and regulations relating to the acceptance and disclosure of gifts and gratuities. You may be asked to present your government issued employee badge at Event check-in.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Does the conference offer hotel recommendations?
Yes, we have secured a limited number of hotel rooms at the Wynn Las Vegas at a group rate of $319 + resort fees and taxes. Details and booking instructions will be shared in the conference confirmation email.
Customers can now add a 3- or 4-night stay at the Wynn directly to your booking, along with your conference ticket.
Here are the new bundle options:
– Conference ticket($595) + 3 nights at the Wynn: $1,850
– Conference ticket($495) + 4 nights at the Wynn: $2,150
This is a fantastic way to save on your experience ticket and streamline your booking!

Where can I find the conference schedule?
Our agenda-at-a-glance is available on the main Experience page. The detailed full agenda will be released in January 2026.
Can I customize my conference agenda and choose which sessions to attend?
Yes, you can personalize your conference agenda when the agenda builder launches in January 2026. Simply select the sessions you wish to attend from the available options.
Are there networking opportunities at the conference?
Absolutely! We have planned various networking breaks, receptions, and interactive sessions to facilitate networking and connections among attendees.
Will there be a virtual option for attendees who can't attend in person?
While this conference is primarily in-person, we understand that circumstances may vary. The Experience ‘26 opening keynote will be livestreamed. Sessions will also be available post-event.
Will there be a conference app?
Yes! A couple weeks prior to the event, all registrants will receive an email inviting them to download the Medallia Experience ‘26 app.

The safety of our attendees is a top priority. We will be following local health guidelines, implementing social distancing, providing sanitization stations, and requiring masks in accordance with current recommendations.
